WABPO is built by Spadasoft, a Pakistani software company that has spent years doing one thing: making business messaging actually work. Two products — WAWCD and WABPO — serve an ecosystem of 25,000+ businesses, from housing societies in Lahore to stores selling in three languages across three continents.

Where WABPO comes from
Spadasoft's first messaging product, WAWCD, grew into a WhatsApp CRM and automation workspace trusted by an ecosystem of more than 25,000 businesses — with a public track record on Trustpilot, G2 and Capterra. Building and supporting it taught us how real businesses actually sell on WhatsApp: the COD hesitation, the five phones on one counter, the broadcast that gets a number banned.
WABPO is what we built with those lessons — a platform on Meta's official APIs, as a Tech Provider in the Meta Business Partners program: one shared inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, broadcast campaigns with per-recipient analytics, a visual workflow builder, AI that knows when to hand over to a human, and integrations that matter where our customers are — PKR payments through AsaanBill, branch orders through BlinkCo, Shopify notifications and bookings through Google Calendar.
We're built in Pakistan and run globally — the platform ships in English, Portuguese and Arabic, and our live stats page shows it working in real time, because we'd rather publish real numbers than adjectives.
