WABPO Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is designed to provide transparency and ensure that customers feel secure with their transactions on WABPO, while also protecting the platform from potential misuse of the refund process.
1. Trial Period
WABPO offers a 14-day free trial for new users. During this trial period, users can explore the platform’s features, including WhatsApp API integrations, template approvals, bulk messaging, and third-party integrations.
No credit card is required to start the trial, and users will not be charged.
2. Subscription Services
After the free trial, users who subscribe to any of WABPO's paid plans are ineligible for a refund. The free trial allows users to try the platform and determine if it meets their needs.
If a user subscribes to a paid plan, they are only charged the platform subscription fee. Meta directly charges for the WhatsApp API costs, and WABPO is not responsible for those charges. Refunds are only applicable for platform subscription fees.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Charges related to WABPO's platform subscription are non-refundable once payment is processed. WhatsApp API costs, which are billed directly by Meta, are not refundable through WABPO.
Similarly, any charges for third-party integrations, add-ons, or one-time setup services are also non-refundable.
4. Technical Issues
If a user experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the platform effectively, and these issues are verified by WABPO's support team, a partial refund of the platform subscription fee may be granted at WABPO's discretion.
Refunds will not be provided for issues related to WhatsApp API costs billed directly by Meta.
5. Unauthorized Charges
If you believe there has been an unauthorized or fraudulent charge on your account, please contact WABPO's support team immediately. If the claim is verified, WABPO will issue a full refund for the platform subscription fee.
6. Cancellation Policy
A user can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and users will not receive a refund for the remaining period of the subscription.
Special refund cases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
